Yes 'rage quitters' do lose rank points and get nasty messages deservingly. Capcom designed it that way.

I played a few games with skooboy74 and his bison and I gotta say his Bison is no joke. My connection was slow so I got off...maybe next time we get some more games in.

GG, seems like everytime I'm getting better, y'all are always a step ahead. haha It's tough when the other person know's the matchup too well. Gotta do something random or play someone new. Bison's one of my hard matchups as well; especially the rushdown ones.

Lately I have gotten bored of to the point of being sick of this game. All, most players and chars do the same shietz, regardless who you play so it's very repetitive. Boring! Yeah I could up my game but the repetitiveness just bores me to death more than not. I need a new game.

really?... everyone shares simliar combos and definitly there's a limited list of special moves/ultras/bla bla but there's a lot of folks with different play styles... the real fun is playing with folks 10k+ because it's more of a mind game then smashing buttons... I'm still a fan... just don't have as much time as i did b4..

btw, u guys play some dude named SSF_fan or something like that on PSN.. that foolzzz ryu kickz azzz.. I'm like 1/10 with him.. fack.. ryu's FADC ultra killz me

Yeah, i've played him once or twice . Good but does same shiet over and over . I wouldn't be so bored and sick if I did face better players like champ in sf4. No such mode in ssf4 and you face noobs and scrubs 9/10 so no point getting better imho.

He only did the same shiet over and over because you did the same shiet over and over. The goal is to make the other person guess the whole time, if you do something different, he will also.

Btw, Ssf4 will never bore me because I am nowhere as good as half the people I face online. There are alot of noobs online and it is fun fooling around with them & winning in the last round but sometimes you feel so bad that they suck, you end up losing too making them think that they they SHIET! But anyhow, it's all about control. If someone's all up on you in the whole match, they're pretty much gonna win it and then TAUNT!

I try not to copy how the pro's play and just use what is comfortable with my execution. If you're really confident on all matchups, then there should be no need to turtle unless you have to. But turtling is also a great way to win some matchups for ex: Balrog, Bison, Cammy; I turtle on every Cammy matchup because her cannon spike is too fast to predict. Other then that, ssf4 is probably longer and on several plateau's far from being completed if you wanted to fully understand and be efficient at the game.

... Paree, as usual, you assume too much with all your fallacy. Every char plays a certain way though a player may play the char slightly different but the end result is the same - repetitive. Duh. And that's exactly my point. All Ryu hado and shoryu spam. All Rog turtle and jab spam. All Guile turtle and boom spam. Need more be said. Even at top level this repetitiveness holds true.

I disagree, every player has hi/her own opinion and comfortable level to use a character. Not all Rog's turtle nor jab spam. Not all guiles turtle nor boom spam and not all shoto's spam shoryuken because for one I do not spam shoryuken's when I use a shoto. It's not called spamming when you use a shoryuken @ the right time during the opponents's attempted combo because the other opponent lacks the execution to time it all right so the shoryuken won't counter. Either way, I don't use Sagat the same way the other people do nor any other characters the same way. I wouldn't call it repetitive, I'd call it consistent because every match is all about mind games. I don't think you'd understand it since we're on a different level then you are. This game is all about being patient and since you said you wanted to give up in your earlier post, then I guess this game was too hard for you to comprehend. I sure ass hell won't give up because I am getting better with time. The more people that are good that I fight with, the better I get.

Of course on a noob, I'd rush him down nonstop and obviously on a person who know's his shiet, I'd turtle. Yeah, that part is repetitive but it's still fun!
